Haben Sie viel gearbeitet? Benötigen Sie eine Pause vom stressigen Alltag? Verbringen Sie einige erholsame Tage im Wellnesshotel „Harmonia“! In jedem Zimmer erwartet Sie eine große Badewanne. Auch die Sauna dürfen alle Gäste benutzen. Das Frühstücksbufett ist gesund und schmeckt gut. Möchten Sie ein Spezialfrühstück ganz privat auf Ihrem Zimmer? Wir bringen es Ihnen gerne. Haustiere können Sie zu einem Aufpreis von 15 Euro mitbringen. Ein Cocktail am ersten Abend ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Klara arbeitet an der Rezeption in einem Hotel. Als Rezeptionistin muss sie eine gute Gastgeberin sein und dafür sorgen, dass ihre Gäste eine schöne Zeit im Hotel verbringen. Der Aufenthalt soll für die Hotelgäste so angenehm und ruhig wie möglich sein. Sie begrüßt die Gäste, beantwortet Fragen und gibt ihnen den Schlüssel oder die Schlüsselkarte zum Hotelzimmer. Manchmal hat Klara auch andere Aufgaben. Sie hilft auch im Hotelrestaurant oder bereitet manchmal die Gästezimmer vor. Manche Gäste sind unhöflich oder beschweren sich. Dann ist es wichtig, dass Klara freundlich bleibt.
